NASA’s attempt at lifting off a sounding rocket from their Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia Monday evening was scrubbed as clouds obscured observation sites required for the science in the mission in Wallops, VA and Duck, NC.

NASA will attempt the launch again on Tuesday evening, June 13; a launch window is open from 9:04pm – 9:19pm. However, the weather forecast is currently calling for more clouds and haze in the area, which may lead to another scrub.

NASA has back-up launch dates daily through June 18.
