Tornado Watch issued for Philadelphia, Baltimore, Surrounding Areas

The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Watch for portions of the Mid Atlantic. The watch runs through 1am tonight.

A Tornado Watch is issued when severe thunderstorms and tornadoes are possible in and near the watch area. It does not mean that they will occur. It only means they are possible. Severe thunderstorms storms that have winds of 58 mph or higher and/or hail 1″ in diameter or larger and/or a tornado.
