A 3.8 magnitude earthquake was felt throughout the San Francisco Bay Area moments ago, just 2 weeks after earthquakes rocked the region on New Year’s Eve. Today’s 3.8 was stronger than the 3.6 that struck then. Today’s earthquake struck at 11:18am local time.

While this earthquake was widely felt, there are no reports of damage at this time. More than 3,600 people reported feeling the earthquake to USGS within 30 minutes of it striking.

Today’s earthquake struck just over a mile from Concord; it was centered at 4.2 miles deep.
