A winter storm will bring snow to portions of the Mid Atlantic tonight and tomorrow after dumping sizeable snow over the central states. While dry air will limit snowfall amounts on the northern side of this system, heavier snow will fall over portions of West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware, where more than 6″ of snow could fall.
Even heavier snowfall amounts are possible next week as yet another significant winter storm moves through the region in time for the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday Weekend.
